Oxford Island/ Lough Neagh Discovery Centre
Situated on the shores of Lough Neagh, the Discovery Centre provides exhibits and interpretation of the wildlife and heritage of the Lough. The National Nature Reserve allows the visitor to explore the natural habitats and flora and fauna of an exceptional ecosystem. Facilities include a cafe, tourist information point, bird-watching hides and guided walks.

Peatlands Park
Situated at the south of the lough, this park hosts a marvelous narrow gauge railway that today carries tourists rather than turf as it did in the past. The park is also recognised for its rich diversity of plants, animals and bird-life. An educational facility has been planned, based on peat ecology.

Tannaghmore Gardens
The Animal Farm and Gardens cover a total of 100 acres and host some fine examples of rare breeds of livestock and poultry. The Barn Museum exhibits traditional farm techniques such as haymaking and blacksmithing.

The Loughshore Trail is known as Route 94 of the National Cycle Network and is a bi-directional 113 mile cycle route that encircles Lough Neagh. Craigavon Watersports Centre
Situated beside the lakes, the Watersports Centre provides one of the best facilities of its kind in Northern Ireland. Equipment including cycle hire is also possible from the Centre and experienced instructors are available to provide excellent tuition. A good idea to book in advance.

Foymore Lodge Shooting Club

Kinnego Marina
Situated in Kinnego Bay, from the marina visitors can enjoy boat trips along secluded bays and small islands off the Lough Shore. Two inner-break waters give excellent shelter in all weather conditions. The Marina offers fully sheltered berths for 130 vessels. Provides launching facilities for all watersports and offers expert tuition.

The Armagh Planetarium
Armagh Planetarium is a world-renowned astronomical educational establishment. Established in 1968 to complement the research work of Armagh Observatory, its purpose is to bring astronomy and related sciences to a wider audience. Visit: www.armaghplanet.com

Ardress House
Ardress House was originally a 17th Century farmhouse, and is now owned by the National Trust. Of note is the fine neo-classical plaster work in the drawing room and the picture gallery. Outside, a working farmyard contains a piggery and a blacksmith's shop. Paths guide the visitor around the garden and woods, where there is also an adventure playground.

The Argory
The Argory is a superb National Trust house dating from the 1820's, which has remained substantially unchanged from the turn of the century. The house is situated in 315 acres of woodland overlooking the river Blackwater. The house contains some fascinating furniture including a superb 1824 cabinet organ.
